Preparing your request
Your details are used to prepare a message in your browser. The site does not store your answers or send them to a form server. You can review the message before continuing.
When you open WhatsApp
The link includes your name, phone number, work location, service and description, along with your company and email if provided. Selecting it shares those details with WhatsApp to open a draft. You must tap send in WhatsApp for the message to reach OEMI.
OEMI will use the information received to respond to your inquiry and arrange a quote. For questions about your data, email [email protected].
External services
This version does not use analytics, advertising, maps or external form services. Phone, email and WhatsApp links open the corresponding application when selected. Those services handle data according to their own policies. The site does not connect to OEMI's internal software.
Information you should not send
Do not include medical records, patient names, photos containing medical information, credentials or other sensitive information.
